Context
NIDO was having a communication problem, its consumers were not understanding the products, their benefits, and how they worked. They need a new strategy to place that information into their consumer's minds.
Process
Our first challenge was research. In order to explain to the customer what NIDO was and how it worked, we needed to understand it. So big part of the investigation process required transcribing the main ideas and finding a simpler way to say them. Once the investigation was done, we chose the messages and established a customer journey.

We created a mini-series focused on teaching the parents why NIDO is good for kids.
