For Black Friday of 2019, the dynamic of the offers where especially complicated,
so it was crucial to find a way of telling all the different promotions occurring
in completely different periods of time.​​​​​​​
Process

For the “Black Friday Festival BHD León” we analyzed the best-selling products,
created the profiles, and assign the customer personas. By implementing Influencer Marketing,
we amplified the reach and brand awareness, helping the brand to connect with different targets.

We developed key messages and organized a Messaging Framework to answer the important
questions about what was going on with the brand on Black Friday.
